Practice Management Services

How It Works

Your relationship with NGHS is tailored to meet the needs of your practice without limiting your control and ownership of your practice or tying you to needlessly lengthy agreements. You can obtain a sample of the complete Agreement below.

In addition, here is an abbreviated summary of how the actual Agreement works. Remember that the following should not be construed as a modification of the original Agreement.

Term of Agreement. One-year term automatically extended for one-year consecutive terms.
Fees. Up to $2,000.00 one-time installation charge for conversion of data and computer information. Monthly service fees due no later than the 10th of the month. Fee percentage decreases as collections increase.
Equipment. Owned by Practice after twenty-four (24) continuous months of service through NGHS.
Performance Review. Quarterly meeting to review NGHS' performance of services.
Confidential Information. All information is confidential.
Practice and Personnel. NGHS will not control, direct or supervise the Practice or its employees.
Soliciting Employees or Competing with Services. Employees will not be solicited or hired during the term of the agreement or for one year after the termination of the agreement. Neither party will compete with services provided under the Agreement by the other party in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Exclusivity. NGHS will be the exclusive provider of all administrative services as described during the term of the contract.
Independent Contractors. Parties are independent contractors and will not be considered principal or agent, employer or employee, partners or joint venturer's.
Termination of Agreement. Thirty (30) day written notice of intent to terminate and a minimum of thirty (30) days to resolve issues. Termination without cause with sixty (60) days written notice.
